Since forming in 2010, Whitley Bay residents Polarsets have released two acclaimed singles, as well as last summers ‘Exotica’ EP. Their debut ‘Sunshine Eyes,’ was released by renowned French label Kitsuné, and sophomore effort ‘Morning’ via US pop tastemakers Neon Gold Records.

Friends from school, Rob (vocals/guitar), Mike (keys) and James (drums) formed in their native town of Whitley Bay. After an inspiring trip to Ibiza they set to work on their tropical, upbeat indie sound; filled with escapism, intricate rhythms and euphoric dance floor beats.
