17 years before the name Coop D’ Belle was heard on radio and in the private Entertaient market, Carol and Derrick Cooper were the lead singers of the popular r&b group 24/7. Now they are playing the southwest private venues wowing audiences with their powerful vocals and amazing musicians as Coop D’
Belle.

For most artist, one could not imagine the rebirth of a career after a successful 17 year run as another group without retaining the well known name of the prior group – that was not the case with Derrick and Carol as Coop D’ Belle. The name Coop D’ Bell has prompted curiosity in the minds of
radio listeners as well as those who hear the group for the first time, recognize the faces and love the new sound. Long story short, the new name has taken off in a big way.

God has truly blessed this organization with success on many levels. Not only are they packing out major show across the region but they are also experiencing huge success with their latest CD titled “Can’t Give Up” and it’s single release of the wedding song “Nothing Compares 2 U” which was one of the most requested song in the WKXI market for more than 13 months.
