When 45 year-old Frenchman and former Gipsy Kings drummer Cedric Leonardi moved to the USA in 2011 he brought the sound of the Gypsy Rumba of the Carmargue with him. He has hand picking a selection of artists for his Gypsy Allstars project. Joining forces with heirs to the Reyes family dynasty, including the charismatic Mario Reyes, and the ancestors to all gypsy culture – the Manginyars of Rajasthan – Gypsy Sound Revolution is blazing a new musical trail with an ecstatic Indo-Gypsy sound revolution.
