Los Angeles psych-rockers Gateway Drugs formed in early 2012, basing their name and druggy sound on a concept of bringing a state of sonic hysteria and loss of control to a wider audience. The band was formed by siblings Liv, Noa, and Gab Niles, all children of the Knack’s Prescott Niles and all contributing lead vocals and different instrumentation on different songs. The quartet was rounded out by vocalist/multi-instrumentalist Blues Williams. The band released several tracks and demos online for several years while playing out to larger and larger club audiences in the L.A. area. In 2015 the group’s debut full-length, Magick Spells, was released and the band was slated to open for shoegaze legends Swervedriver on a U.S. tour directly following the release.

Gateway Drugs is available for corporate events, private shows, milestone celebrations (birthday, anniversary), fundraisers, festivals, and more.
